Are Dynamic WordPress Websites Your Thing?

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer with a strong background in Elementor and knowledge of dynamic data to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be based in Bucharest, Romania, and be proficient in English. Familiarity with Crocoblock’s Jet Engine platform is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement high-quality and responsive WordPress websites using Elementor.
  2. Customize and enhance existing WordPress themes and plugins.
  3. Utilize knowledge of dynamic data to create custom templates and integrations.
  4. Optimize website performance for speed and user experience.
  5. Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to deliver top-notch web solutions.
  6. Ensure website compatibility across various browsers and devices.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues.
  8. Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in WordPress development, specifically with Elementor.
  2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  3. Knowledge of dynamic data and experience working with platforms like Crocoblock’s Jet Engine (preferred but not required).
  4. Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  7. Based in Bucharest, Romania (mandatory).
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. A portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.

 

Payment will be commensurate based on skill and talent with an opportunities for bonuses based on reaching performance benchmarks.

Although this job will largely be remote, there will be some expectation to meet in office at least once a week.  There willl also be some expectations of attending recurring virtual team meetings.
